Zalina
Struchalina
"A truly clean room is one where you can see the light differently. That's the standard."

A city in the mountains.
Zalina grew up in Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia–Alania — a small republic in the European part of Russia, tucked against the Caucasus mountains. She lived there her whole life before America: a city where snow-capped peaks rise at the end of ordinary streets, and where she learned early that beauty is not a luxury. It is something you notice, protect, and build around.

An organizer at heart.
A lawyer by education, Zalina found her real calling in creating events and images. She worked for years as a wedding photographer and founded her own wedding agency — one that still operates in Ossetia today. Weddings are unforgiving teachers: a hundred moving pieces, one chance to get it right, and no one notices the organization unless it fails. That is where her defining skill took shape — the ability to take an idea, build a structure around it, and make the whole system run beautifully.
A new chapter in Texas.
In 2022, Zalina moved to the United States with her husband Denis and daughter Nika, settling in Texas, where her mom and sister already lived. The family fell in love with America sincerely — and found themselves here.
The cleaning path began as a family story too. Nika has allergies, and so do Zalina and Denis — so from the very first day, the choice was clear: plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning only, the kind of clean their own family could breathe in. For three years, Zalina and Denis built that craft together, home by home, until Denis moved on to another career — and Zalina realized she wasn't done. She was just getting started.
From a craft to a company.
At the end of 2024, Zalina met Viktoriia — and everything clicked. Two women with the same standard and complementary strengths decided to build cleaning as a real business: a registered company, a trained and growing team, a written protocol behind every visit. What began in Austin soon expanded to Boca Raton, FL — with a 5.0-star Google rating across 170+ reviews and Thumbtack Top Pro recognition along the way.
For Zalina, this is where everything she had ever built converged: the photographer's eye for light, the organizer's love of systems, and a family's reason to care about what gets sprayed on a kitchen counter. The protocol she and Viktoriia wrote became The Natural Standard, and as CEO she leads the vision, the brand, and the client experience — and writes The Natural Journal, sharing what hundreds of real cleanings have taught the team.
Off the clock.
Home is Denis, Nika, and Fredrik — the family dog they adopted a year ago, who supervises absolutely everything. Zalina remains what she has always been: a creative, multifaceted organizer who can't help collecting ideas and turning them into structures that work.
