Viktoriia was born and raised in Kharkiv — a beautiful Ukrainian city of grand squares, fountains, and old architecture. She is a dentist by training, and in Kharkiv she ran her own dental clinic. Years of clinical work shape a person in specific ways: you learn that sterilization is not a step you skip when tired, that surfaces matter more than they appear to, and that a healthy environment is not a luxury — it is half the cure.
Three countries to home.
In 2022, when the war began in Ukraine, Viktoriia and her family left Kharkiv. The road was long: first Germany, then Canada, and finally the United States — the third country of their emigration. It was here that the searching stopped. The family fell in love with this country, decided to stay, and found what they had been looking for all along: home.
A doctor's case for eco-cleaning.
In America, Viktoriia met Zalina, who was already building her own cleaning business — one with a firm principle at its core: plant-based, eco-friendly cleaning only. For Viktoriia, the physician, it resonated immediately. She knew better than most how much indoor environments affect health — and how many people in Texas struggle with allergies. Eco-cleaning, she agreed, is simply the best way to clean a home here.
So they joined forces. Together they built Natural Cleaning Experts into a real company — a registered business, a trained and growing team serving Austin and Boca Raton, a 5.0-star Google rating across 170+ reviews, and Thumbtack Top Pro recognition. Viktoriia brought her love of cleanliness and her understanding of what health-conscious cleaning should look like — and it became part of The Natural Standard, the written protocol behind every visit. As head of operations, she oversees hiring, training, and quality across both cities; when a client says the team felt calm, methodical, and trustworthy, that is Viktoriia's work showing.
An enthusiast of clean.
Some people tolerate cleaning. Viktoriia genuinely loves it — the process, the products, the chemistry of it, the quiet transformation of a space. She is, in the truest sense, an enthusiast of clean. And she has a big dream she is actively working on right now: launching her own line of household cleaning products — formulas built on everything she has learned as a doctor and as a professional cleaner.
