Information you provide to us. When you request a quote, contact us, or book a cleaning, we collect the information you share with us — typically your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about your home and the service you are requesting. If you call or text us, we keep a record of that communication so we can serve you well.
Booking and payment information. Online bookings are processed through our scheduling platform, BookingKoala, and payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our own systems. The information you submit through these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address — through cookies and similar technologies, including standard analytics tools. Before and after photos. For quality control, our team may take technical photos of work areas before and after a cleaning.
